Nitronic 50 stainless steel is an austenitic grade providing corrosion resistance greater than other typical austenitic grades such as SS 316/316L and 317/317L. It has a yield strength of over 50% and can be supplied in the annealed condition. With Nitronic 50HS, it offers better strength and unique processing techniques. The strength of the steel depends on its size.
